Who we are
Queen's Care & Empowerment Foundation is a charitable and advocacy-driven institution dedicated to uplifting vulnerable individuals and promoting sustainable development. Through our flagship Queen's Care Charity Programme, we address critical needs — feeding underprivileged communities, funding medical treatment, and opening access to quality education through fully-funded scholarships.
Our work goes further: we empower high-achieving graduates with business start-up support, and equip both women and men through inclusive training for a brighter, more self-reliant future.

What we do
Our charity programme tackles the most urgent challenges facing vulnerable households — hunger, healthcare and education.
Fighting hunger and malnutrition in underprivileged communities through structured food drives — including our 2025 Holiday Food Drive and 2026 Ramadan Feeding Drive.
Financial support for medical treatment, ensuring vulnerable people can access essential healthcare when they need it most.
Opening access to quality education and career opportunities — and going further, with business start-up support for high-achieving graduates.
Our key programmes

The Queens Entrepreneurs Multipurpose Cooperative Society empowers women through financial independence — low-interest loans, savings, and bulk purchasing, with transparent, member-led governance.
We connect women entrepreneurs to larger markets through an online marketplace, trade fairs, and strategic partnerships — plus training in branding, packaging, and digital marketing.
Vocational training in tailoring, baking, hairdressing and more, paired with business management, financial literacy, mentorship, internships, and certification.
A shared-resource farming scheme giving women training in sustainable techniques, quality seeds and tools, and market access — reducing costs while strengthening food security.

We created a dedicated initiative — the Late Muhammad Awwal Foundation — to assist patients living with chronic kidney disease, easing the financial and human burden of treatment.
It is also the foundation for our broader health work: a new Medically-Tailored Nutrition Programme extending condition-specific support to patients managing diabetes, kidney disease, and maternal health challenges. However, we also assist people living with various other illnesses.
